  • Introduce yourself to one another, it's part of the building process.
  • Re-rack all weights. Where they are supposed to be.
  • Take care of the gym, it’s our home away from home and we care about our stuff.
  • Track your progress.
  • Strive to be the best you can be.
  • Be kind.
  • In this Gym, we are all equal.
  • Be on time, if not early.
  • Train like a champ.
  • Listen to your coach. Listen when they speak and socialize when they are done.
  • Respect others and yourself.
  • Don’t use excessive profanity. It’s not cute and kids are always around.
  • Wear deodorant, we’ll all appreciate it.
  • Keep the chalk in the chalk buckets or hands.
  • Stay home if you are contagious.
  • Do not bring contagious children into the gym.
  • KEEP YOUR KIDS SAFE. Unless they are participating in a class, children are not allowed in the main gym at any time. Keep your child in the child area-we care about their safety and yours. If you child needs to be assisted during class, it is your responsibility to take care of them.
  • Don’t cheat. It doesn’t matter to us, but count your reps and hold yourself accountable.
  • We are human, so be kind.
