Request Hold

I agree to the terms of the membership hold policy

 I understand I am able to go on hold for 30-90 days, twice per calendar year

I understand if I am submitting my hold form inside of 7 days from my billing date, the hold will be applied and I will not lose any of my days, but I will still be charged my upcoming bill on the scheduled date and my future billing date will be pushed back
